What if I already have the GMAT Review Official Guide, 13th edition?
I’ll be happy to refund you by the amount of the book. Currently the OG is selling on Amazon.com for around $25. Go ahead and register for the Bootcamp at the normal price and then I’ll credit you back the $25 within 24 hours. Just send me an e-mail at [email protected] to let me know you won’t need the book.

What if I have to miss one of the live sessions?
I will be recording the sessions and posting them in your member’s area for later playback.

What online classroom platform will we be using?
We will be using a program called Adobe Connect for our live online sessions. It will allow me to teach using an online whiteboard as if we were all in a classroom together, and we can all interact that way as well. If your computer has a built-in microphone, you’ll even be able to ask your questions audibly if you so choose.

How interactive will the sessions be? Will I be able to ask questions?
You will be able to ask questions anytime you want by typing in the chat box or raising your virtual hand at which point I’ll call on you. I’ll be teaching the class using a combination of Powerpoint slides and sample questions that we’ll all work on together, and there will be plenty of time for you to get clarification as we’re working the problems together or ask follow-up questions at the end of each Module.

When it says that I’ll have “unlimited access” to my instructor, what does that mean?
It means just what it says: You’ll have my personal phone number and e-mail address and can call or e-mail whenever you have questions. I’ll do my best to get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Unfortunately these dates don’t work for me. When is the next one?
There are currently no other live online courses scheduled. You can always enroll in our Full GMAT Course on demand where you’ll get comprehensive instruction for the GMAT and get the same unlimited access to me including weekly “live” online office hours.

I have very specific things I need help with on the GMAT. Will you be able to address those?
You can feel free to e-mail me the topics you most need help with and I’ll do my best to address them in the Bootcamp (if they’re not already part of the curriculum). If we don’t get to them in the Bootcamp, then I’ll definitely tackle them with you one-on-one.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Paypal has a “Bill Me Later” feature that enables you to fully register for my course and then schedule to pay back Paypal over time. On the Paypal checkout page, just click “Bill Me Later” and follow the instructions.

How long after the Bootcamp should I plan to schedule my GMAT?
It depends on whether this Bootcamp comes toward the end of your GMAT preparation or whether you’re just getting started. While we’re going to be covering a TON of the most important content, strategies, and concepts tested on the GMAT, you’re still likely going to need some additional time to work practice problems, take full-length GMAT practice tests, and implement what you’ve learned. If you’ve already put in a fair amount of time studying for the GMAT before this Bootcamp, you may be ready to take the real thing the week after the 2nd session (March 8th). If you’re just starting your GMAT journey, you might want to wait until the end of March or early April to take the GMAT. I’ll be happy to talk with you on a case-by-case basis to review your practice test results and help you make the best decision possible for you.

How long will I have access to the member’s area?
For as long as you need to get the GMAT score you’re looking for. Technically your membership will expire after five (5) months, but that’s just an arbitrary timeframe I put in the system since most students take the GMAT within that timeframe. However, I will extend your membership for as long as you need at no extra charge if necessary.
