– FAQ’s –
How soon can I start?
Right away. As soon as you purchase one of the private GMAT tutoring packages above, your instructor will be in touch with you to schedule your first session. If you’re not quite ready to get started yet, that’s okay too. It’s still best to make the commitment and purchase the hours so that your instructor can at least block out the time on his calendar and plan accordingly.
What if I want more than 17 hours or fewer than 5 hours of private GMAT tutoring?
Currently, the three packages listed above are the only time blocks of tutoring sessions we offer for your initial enrollment. If after completing your allotted hours you determine that you’d still like to continue working with your instructor for a few additional hours, however, we can proceed on an hour-by-hour basis at a discounted rate of $80/hour. If you already know that you’ll need more than 17 hours of GMAT coaching, you might consider enrolling in our Comprehensive Online GMAT Course which contains over 26 hours of video-based GMAT instruction and then supplement it with one of our smaller private tutoring packages if you so choose.
When will sessions take place?
You and your instructor will make that determination together. If you need to meet in the evenings after normal work hours, that can be accommodated. If you’re able to meet during the day, that’s a possibility as well. For the most part, Sundays are the only days that aren’t available for scheduling sessions.
How long will it take to get through all of the hours I purchase?
We’ll create a schedule that ensures we get through all of the hours before your scheduled GMAT date. Ideally you’ll meet with your instructor a minimum of once a week for between 1-1.5 hours per session. If we need to meet 2 or even 3 times per week to get you ready for the GMAT in time, then we’ll do what it takes. Again, you and your instructor will work out the best study plan based on the number of hours you’ve purchased and the amount of time you have between your enrollment and final test date.
